Shipping policy
Shipping Considerations: Shopify Shipping and/or Ship Station
- Orders received Monday through Friday before 2:00 p.m. will be fulfilled and shipped out the same day
- Orders received Friday after 2:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday will be fulfilled and shipped on Monday
- All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground
- Returns will be accepted if requested within 30 days of delivery and if product is unused and undamaged. Cost of return shipping will be paid by customer. Refund will be processed upon receipt of returned item
- Returns will be accepted if requested within 90 days of delivery and if product is defective or did not perform up to specifications. Return shipping will be paid by Slippery Pete
